We offer as many shipping methods as possible, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, EMS, etc. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours and the order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order. We hold multiple warehouses across the globe including the USA, HK & so on, your orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours after the order confirmation email is sent.
Domestic orders are always shipped from our Southern California US warehouse for the fastest delivery times. However, rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortages in the USA - because of this, we may have to ship from the Hong Kong warehouse instead of the USA warehouse.

- Free Shipping: Use DHL or FedEx for transportation to ensure that the order can reach you as quickly as possible. (Order over $299)
We are free shipping to the USA, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and so on. There is a $20 shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Finland, and so on with EMS (Standard Shipping) and a $45 shipping fee with Express Shipping). A purchase order no matter how many goods once only charge shipping at no added weight fee.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient. epicbeamled.com has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.
Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours after the order confirmation email is sent, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.

After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery times.

All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get a damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get them). We will reply to you within 24 hours.
